I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! Dr. Ibrahim is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He makes sure you understand all your options and truly cares about what’s best for you. The dental hygienist was amazing—very informative, gentle, and made the cleaning process comfortable from start to finish. Celeste was so kind and proactive with information, which I really appreciated. Hydie was awesome, too! And the dental assistant (I forgot her name) was equally wonderful and made me feel at ease. Overall, it’s such a professional, caring, and friendly team. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim and his staff to anyone looking for quality dental care.

The staff was welcoming and my hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Ibrahim took his time while explaining his findings to me and treated me with care and respect. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. The dental assistants were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Adrianna and Mari were awesome and helped me so much! I’ve never been to a dentist and felt so at home. The entire staff and the dentist were amazing. I can’t wait to bring my kids so they can experience this level of care as well! Update: kids first time in and had such an awesome experience 🥳😁

Jan 6, 2026. Let me start by sharing that I have terrible dental anxiety. I’m sure it doesn’t help that I experienced 24 years of military dental care (lots of different dentists and felt rushed), am a redhead who does not get numb easily (research backs this up), have a tiny mouth, and lots of fillings. Despite having a good dentist back home in SD who I just saw a few weeks ago, I developed a toothache while “snow birding” here in TX for the winter. I was ready to fly home and see my dentist again. Instead, I found this place online and gave it a shot. Crystal Clear Dental is the most beautiful, relaxing clinic I have ever been to. I was greeted courteously, the decor and smell were spa-like, and HUGE PROPS to the hygienists. Beniafsha & Adrianna were both very easy to talk to, patient and understanding. They spoiled me (soft blanket, heated pillow, TV on the ceiling with headphones!) and made me feel worthy of extraordinary dental care. That is exactly what I received. Dr. Ibrahim managed to get me numb quickly, answer ALL my questions, and was transparent about everything. I sincerely trust he & his team. ❤️

I had such a great experience at this dental office for my cleaning and teeth whitening! Dr. Ali Ibrahim was so sweet and immediately made me feel comfortable — which says a lot because dental offices can be frightening for some of us. The entire office made me feel right at home. Adriana, the dental assistant, took such good care of me. She is clearly very passionate about her job and was always checking in to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism here. Highly recommend!

Updated review (11/18): I just had an appointment for a deep cleaning. My anxiety was through the roof and after they numbed me I started to really freak out. The dental assistant Lauren was so sweet & tried her best to calm me by giving me a warm towel with lavender, turning the lights down low, giving me noise cancelling headphones to watch a show and encouraged me to take deep breaths through my nose. Ended up having my husband sit with me because I was that overwhelmed with emotion lol (this has never happened to me before).. anyway… Llse, the dental hygienist came in and was so nice and patient. She didn’t rush me or push me at all. Felt so safe and we were able to get my procedure done and I didn’t have a full blown breakdown. Lol. I really appreciated their care and compassion. Also, kudos to Celeste, who works at the front. I had questions about billing prior to my appointment and she was very kind and informative.. and she called me the next day to check on me. Again, I can’t say enough good things about my 2 experiences here. Highly recommend!! We just moved to the area and wow, this office is really great. Like many, going to the dentist gives me lots of anxiety but the atmosphere and staff were really sweet & knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in, it feels upscale and luxurious. It smells like you’re at a spa & they play relaxing music. They really paid attention to every detail. I felt safe with their care and will be bringing my whole family to this office. Definitely recommend checking them out.
